Best digi-maps of India
In the quest for looking around for driving maps for India, I relied mostly a couple of sites. Here is my take on best of the lot:
www.MapmyIndia.com : The best I found so far. Has the detailed map of hundreds of cities and towns of India. Even the street level maps of several cities. The company even makes the navigation systems for India; so far the best mapping website for India. It provides excellent driving directions and a cool navigation interface!
in.maps.yahoo.com : A close second on my list. Though has detailed maps of several cities of India, street level maps of smaller cities and towns is not yet found. Nevertheless a clean and neat source of maps of not just India but of the world. This too provides good driving directions.
maps.google.com : It provides decent maps of India and the of the world, unfortunately no driving directions for India yet.

Most visited sites in India
Alexa ranks the web sites according to its visit statistics. google.co.in ranks number one in India with yahoo.com, google.com, orkut.co.in and rediff.com accupying the top five slots. Of notable mention is rapidshare.com at number 10 attributing to India's download hungry junta.

Incidentally most viewed video does not have to be most interesting or funniest. Anyways, here is the youtube's most viewed video. It is close to reaching 1 billon views count with a whopping 2,30,300 comments !

Hillman wonders of the world
I saw this wonderful website of "Top wonders before you die" compiled by Hillman. The site provides a clean, ranked list and detailed information about thousands of awesome places on earth. Hillman says "I began my list in 1968 and website in 1996 to inspire you to see as much of our wonderful world as you can in your lifetime."
